i just love this girl! she’s another one i’ve known from our days in youth together, and it has been so fun seeing her grow up over the years!

last week for her session, we braved the one–slightly–snowy day we’ve received here in ol’ west texas.

sure, it’s no colorado winter experience, but good grief were we FREEZING! you could definitely say that we took our time shooting so we wouldn’t invite frostbite to take over our fingers & toes.

even though the snow melted sooner than we had hoped, the overcast day was perfect. and of course, we greatly enjoyed the leisurely–aka necessary–coffee break that allowed us to defrost in between location changes.
